Great food, delicious beer, great service

The beer, house brand: very fine, definitely try it. The service: unfortunately only 3 out of 5 stars. I don't want to be asked what I want to drink when I come in. The sequence: greet, find a table, make yourself comfortable, study the map, order. That's how it should be.

Never again would I have a plate with knuckle of meat cheese and bratwurst. Sauerkraut and fried potatoes were great but the meat. A knuckle has to be crispy and not limp and not taste like Kassler, the bratwurst didn't taste good either, but the awesome was the liver cheese. It is more reminiscent of a meatloaf completely seasoned, it went back instead, I was offered a sausage or salad because it was admitted that it was seasoned. The salad wasn't the screamer either. Definitely never again for us

The only vegan dish on the menu: "Mälzer's Tofu salad" (€ 13.90). If you don't want that, you can also grab french fries. But it would be nicer to "veganize" some of the 5 vegetarian dishes (e.g. plant-based mushroom cream). Addendum: Thank you for the feedback to the owner! As you can probably imagine, I visited your restaurant in a group that was mostly omnivorous. Regardless of this, by 2020 every restaurant should be able to offer dishes that are compatible with a vegan diet. The funny thing is, you can! So I don't understand why you have to emphasize that your restaurant is a brewery. In retrospect, I would have liked to have chosen one of the other alternatives you listed. Unfortunately, it is not on the menu which dish can be modified and how much, nor was your waitress able to help me in any way. When I asked what vegan dishes there are, I was just kept silent. When I asked if the above Salad was the only vegan dish, I received a 'yes'. So I would have loved to order hearty, plant-based home cooking, after all, we were in a brewery (!). But who can guess that I have to write a review here in order to get good advice.

Beer tasty, food ok, went quickly. But was also moderately going on.

If all other bars and pubs in the area are full, there is at least one place inside the brewery. There are many tables inside and outside. The beer is brewed itself and tastes very good. Nothing negative can be said about the kitchen.

As always, very good food and very friendly, brisk and attentive service (thanks Joana). The beer tastes best here too !!! We'll be back next week.

It's a nice place with a great foods, but the beer is not good enough. I definitely like the Czech beer instead of the local.

A MUST like every year at Carnival. Great mood and the waitresses give themselves - despite stress. This year (Altweiberfastnacht, Thursday), however, one of the waiters, quite small, said lederhosen, whistles, to scream and insult the guests except for the worst. I really understand that you have to fight your way through and it is tiring, one or the other drunk is certainly not friendly. But when I enter the shop sober at 5:30 p.m. and have to be pushed and insulted (by the worst) by a member of the staff, it really doesn't work.

We were with the staff at the Christmas party in this brewery. The black beer was very good and we heard the wheat too, but there was none left. We ordered a lot of different dishes and therefore waited more than 1 hour for our order. My deer goulash was nothing special but a colleague of mine found a small piece of broken glass in his mouth (see picture). Thank goodness everything went well and didn't hurt. We complained and he got his dish for free. Something like this should never happen at such a brewery !!!

We were here with 6 people. One was not in the mood to bring the food approximately at the same time, so that it was only ready when the last meal was served! The food was ok and the waitress was nice and tried very hard!

The table for 20 people had been reserved for two months: Unfortunately, the portions are much too small for the price and some swam in the fat. Waiting time for the meal was over 1 1/2 hours before the first meal was served. The last meal was brought in two hours after almost everyone had finished eating. After the third meal, all dishes were served individually. Reason for the delay: "The other large group ordered shortly before you." Too bad because the location is actually quite nice and cozy.

Three hours waiting for the food. The boss was not rudimentary willing to come even a millimeter. The location would be great - but not with the operator

Returning in two years. Today I wanted to drink a red beer, which is said to be sold only in spring. Had a good time drinking rug and two beers

Very nicely decorated. The service was very friendly and always asked if everything was ok. The food was amazing, I have not eaten so well forever. The beer also tastes very good

The gegrillte Schweinehaxe is simply outstanding! Be sure to request a better mustard than the one in the embarrassing plastic packets though.

This was the best brauerschnitzel I’ve ever tried. You are watching the picture and thinking: “where is it?” Exactly, I was so into the food I’ve forgotten to make a picture of it!! Service is great, calm place to enjoy a good meal. Try it! Amazing

The food was delicious, the waitresses friendly. The ambience was authentic. It was pretty loud (no music) but perfectly legit on a Friday night in a brewery. We would love to come back.

Very friendly and family atmosphere. Brewery tour is at its finest! The boss personally takes time for his tours and brings them over with body and soul. Love is in the details. An all-round successful evening. The food is of the finest quality, the taste is a dream! This was definitely not my last visit. Looking forward to the next visit ...

Great place, exellent beer made on-site, Super knuckle with fried potatoes. Fantastic German cuisine. Waiters add a tip to account but it standard in Germany. We don't need to much wait for dish.
